Ricardo Mota
I'm an automation engineer based in Braga, Portugal. I specialize in connecting tools that weren't designed to talk to each other — CRMs, e-commerce platforms, AI APIs, ERPs — and making them work as a single coherent system.
My stack is centered around n8n and less.tech for orchestration, with OpenAI and Claude models wired in wherever intelligence adds real value. On the business side I work mostly with HubSpot, Shopify, and Moloni — the tools that run real operations.
When I'm not building automations, I'm usually exploring what the latest models can actually do in production — not benchmarks, real workflows.
Automate the boring
If a human is doing it more than twice, a machine should be doing it. I look for repetitive friction and wire it away.
AI as leverage
Language models aren't magic — they're powerful tools that slot into real workflows. I build the pipes that make them useful.
Ship, then refine
A working automation beats a perfect spec every time. I ship fast, observe, and iterate based on real data.
Systems thinking
Every integration affects something downstream. I design flows that are observable, debuggable, and resilient to change.
